Airport Transfer Vietnam (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through airporttransfervietnam.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. 2. What we collect and why
Booking details
Name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger count, flight number and notes (for example children’s ages or luggage). Needed to quote, confirm and operate your transfer. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Correspondence
Emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes related to your booking, kept so any team member can pick up your case. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest in consistent service.
Payment and invoicing data
Amounts, invoice details and payment method — we never store full card numbers. Legal basis: legal obligation under applicable accounting law.
Technical data
Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and site operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
- We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies (see section 7).
4. Who we share data with
- Your driver — name, phone number, pick-up details and relevant notes for the journey.
- IT service providers — hosting and email services under data-processing agreements.
- Messaging platforms — WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms; use email if you prefer to avoid this.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep data
- Booking and invoicing records: as long as applicable accounting law requires, then deleted.
- Enquiries that do not become bookings: deleted within twelve months.
- Server logs: rotated and deleted within ninety days.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. Email offer@airporttransfervietnam.com — we respond within one month.
7. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We set no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for consent first and update this policy.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, booking data access is limited to the operations team and the assigned driver, and our systems are kept updated. We treat your travel details with the same discretion we promise in the car.
