These terms govern all bookings made with Airport Transfer Vietnam (“we”, “us”) through airporttransfervietnam.com, by email, phone or WhatsApp. By confirming a quote you accept these terms. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask before you book: offer@airporttransfervietnam.com.
1. The service
We provide pre-booked passenger transport across Vietnam: airport transfers, point-to-point and intercity rides, hourly chauffeur hire, limousine service and related concierge arrangements. A booking becomes binding when we confirm your acceptance of a quote in writing.
2. Quotes and prices
Quotes are fixed and include the vehicle, driver, fuel, road tolls, normal waiting time (section 5) and standard luggage. A quote remains valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise. Services requested after confirmation — extra stops, extended waiting, additional passengers — are charged at rates communicated at the time of the request, never invented afterwards.
3. Payment
Payment is made to the driver after the journey by card or cash (VND), or by invoice where agreed in advance (payable within 14 days). For large group bookings, events and peak-holiday dates we may agree a deposit in writing.
4. Confirmation details
Please check your confirmation: pick-up address, date, time, flight number and passenger count. We plan from what is written there; if you spot an error, reply immediately and we reissue it.
5. Waiting time
Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time — we track the flight, so air delays cost you nothing. Other pick-ups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the rate stated in your confirmation.
6. Cancellations and changes
- More than 24 hours before pick-up: cancellation free, changes free.
- Within 24 hours: we first try to move or resell the slot; where costs cannot reasonably be avoided we may charge up to the full fare.
- Weddings, events, multi-vehicle and Tet-period bookings: individual windows are stated in the quote.
7. No-shows
If you cannot locate your driver, contact the number in your confirmation before leaving or accepting another offer — we connect you within minutes. A no-show without contact may be charged in full. If we fail to provide the confirmed vehicle without a comparable alternative, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
8. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must wear seat belts and ensure children use the restraints provided. Alcohol consumption and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted in the vehicles. Damage or soiling caused by a passenger may incur a reasonable documented fee.
9. Luggage and special items
Standard luggage appropriate to the vehicle is included. Bulky items — surfboards, golf bags, bikes, wheelchairs, instruments — are welcome when declared at booking. We may decline items that cannot be carried safely or legally.
10. Child seats
We fit infant carriers, child seats and boosters free of charge when ages are stated at booking, and we will not carry small children unsecured.
11. Traffic, weather and events outside our control
We plan generous margins and know these roads — but monsoon downpours, floods, road closures and holiday traffic are real. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control; we will always do everything practical to get you there and keep you honestly informed. Our liability for a missed connection is limited to the price of the affected journey.
12. Insurance and liability
All vehicles carry passenger-transport insurance as required by Vietnamese law. We are liable for our own negligence; we are not liable for indirect losses beyond the fare paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Lost property
Found items are logged and kept for three months; message us as soon as you notice something missing and we can usually return it the same day within the same city.
14. Complaints
Write to offer@airporttransfervietnam.com within 14 days of the journey. A person investigates every complaint and replies with a real answer — refund, fix or explanation — normally within one week.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably belong to the competent Vietnamese courts. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stays in force.
